I just want to apologize for calling you a donkey (word substitute to avoid swearing) yesterday. I said it in jest, but it seemed to be taken by a few people as serious. You didn't seem to mind, which made me feel better about it, but I just wanted to apologize anyway.
BTW- I'm talking about when I asked about how to redeem the credits coupon...
