I think it's hulls are so weak now so any heavy wepons fired a t place with no armor will do massive damage...hull is no more a addition to armor as it was in .482, when armor/shields are gone you get out quickly

Ugh, why are you people firing these weapons at armor and shields. Thats not the point of them. A level 10IC fired at an UGTO heavy supply took it down 17% on armor. But firing a level 10IC down the rear of a Torpedo Cruiser with all its rear armor gone took it from 55% hull to 8% hull.

Oh firing into a down shield/armour arc will cause alot of damage. With the weakened hulls I don't think there is much difference in hull damage cause between the QST/IC/SI. I think what will vary is the system damage caused, I know IC will savage ships systems. I've never been hit with the SI nor have I killed anyone with it.
the QST is a big ol can of RAID. Fire three of those at a station and anything below cruiser class nearby explodes or is venting plasma

Thats why its a siege weapon ^^
to draw out you litle planet huggers ^^
Planet hugging is UGTO domain.
No, seriously: let the Quantum Singularity Torpedos damage scale. the bigger the ship suffering to its effeckt, the more damage it takes.

Everytime i get hit with a SI its off an alpha when i still have shields and armor. I dont understand.
UGTO on the other hand, they siege with their QSTs. Its so annoying.

heh I learned very quickly with the new Siphon, spacebar is not my friend. In the heat of the moment sometimes you forget though, or hit it by accident.
With the nest, people rarely get close so I just lob SI in on them to watch the pretty effects. It's not so much devasting as a morale thing. Nests are boring to fly, thus the lobbing of SI.
I mostly just pass off inf to cap planets nowadays.

Ragg were starting to have teh same problem with the QST.
I fired it against about 5 scouts yesterday. None of them died. Not one. Yet against you they work, im guessing somethings not right with the aux gen.
