Satalite can not do video on demand, because of the latancy issue. They can do internet, but they still have the latency issue, its just not as much a problem.

The US Navy uses Satalittes to do Video Teleconfrencing all the tme from way out in the middle of the Atlantic back to Norfolk, VA or where ever they need to.. It all depends on how much bandwidth you have to use going up and back.

Did that.. no change. Thanks for your help guys a gals but I think I have done all I can do. I'm just gonna have to settle with what I have for now and wait till the end of year for cable co promise of broadband.
