You guys know Backslash, if its not Darkspace or Counterstrike: Source/Halflife 2/anything made by Valve, its heathen.
But we still wuvs you Backslash.
On a different note, ive played, and I still do play occasionally. Well, despite the fact that TeamNF breaks things more than fixes things, I suppose the fact that its free helps a lot in my decision to play it.
And the fact I am so close to getting an Independance-class CV.

You still havent told what server and what nick Red....
Anyway......the NF developer team seems to be really bad, or I just have the good work done by Faustus in mind, compared to him, they are (insert random insult here, cant decide)

I've been playing for a few weeks on Seattle under the nick ForKingC, I currently sail a Q class destroyer, the HMSQueensDagger. BTW, I want to trade money for points, I need some to promote my crew, damn op convoy games makes lots of exp but not lots of points/cash... I have some crew at lvl16-18 that havent been promoted yet due to lack of said points...

I play on Seattle - level 38/39 German (had my Z99 with 6.9"'s for now until I can get a decent CL with decent guns) -
But its from Fattierob - I had a level 30/31 British crew (under the name enterpriseao), and under the supreme generosity of Fattie rob he gave me his level 29/30 German crew since he no longer plays - and leveled it up since then, under teh name, Fattierob.
(btw - your crew still rocks, even though I got a few more things. )
P.S. Don't kill me.
Oh and for those who don't know...
October 25th, from the latest rumors, sources, blatant corruption, NF is going to go P2P - thats right, this buggy, timekiller free game will be Pay to Play on that date.
I should also take this time to note that in comparison to Darkspace, DS by far beats it in many ways - NF is in no way near as good as DS, but NF has the benefits of being Free, and less instable in some ways.
Well, this is best surmised by the fact that while the game is horrendously imbalenced (torpedo boats, Destroyers with CL weapons [like me]), it doesn't truely lag at all, and the game requires at least a little skill in aiming and decision making. But DS does better than that, with less imbalences (though very pronounced the ones that are here), but having less players and heavier penalties (the heaviest penalty that NF offers is that you gain nothing).
But DS is more civilized, fairer, better community (BY FAR), better balence (and the ability to learn from mistakes), and above all. much more addicting.
Anyways - I don't even know why I clarified that. My personal opinion there.
