Take a look at Barn and cincy alone. How many 50 pop terran planets are there in there?? For all the crying over Nicea, which was a nuetral system, I still am amazed at how well laid out and how many planets are in the UGTO homes sytems. Lookeing at cincy, I saw no less than 5 planets with 50 pop bases. Hmmm, I think we have proc with 3, and that is our biggest. Sirius has 2. Sorry, but your statement is just inaccurate.
Find a Kluth system as well laid out as Barn. Find one even half as well laid out as cincy. And notice, I never even mentioned Sol, Struve, Lalande. I think UGTO's worse system is Alpha, and it's still better than our worst, Groom....

I have returned to DS to take back what was lost! So it was the ICC that sqashed our system the other night eh?! And I thought it was the luthy, hmm. Guess i should have not taken out there system last night. I will correct my self and do what i have done to the luthys and do it to the ICC!
