Mr ED is coming to Sol

(Santa Claus is coming to town)

You better watch out
You're soon gonna die
You better just cry
I'm telling you why
Mr ED is coming to Sol

He looks to the left,
He looks to the right.
He sees all the uggies with fear in their eyes
Mr ED is coming to Sol

He's got so many cannons,
He'll fire with them all;
You know whatever ship your in that he will simply maul

With particlecannons, you know the mighty ones
With PewPewPew ZOMG LAZERGUNS
Mr ED is coming to Sol

He's got so many cannons,
He'll fire with them all;
You know whatever ship your in that he will simply maul

You better watch out
You're soon gonna die
You better just cry
I'm telling you why
Mr ED is coming to Sol

Mr ED's a busy man he has no time to play
He's got millions of scouts to kill on Christmas day
Mr ED is coming to Sol
Coming to Sol
Mr ED is coming to Sol
Coming to Sol

Don't you love those cool shield flashes?

Fire some more, they'll soon be ashes!

Im suprised no one has done the twelve days of christmas.

Surely dont make me take the time down my extraordinary wit into such a prose.

Warner... assault scouts > EDs.

Other than that, decent...

And good job Sard.

Thanks for the feedback, folks! Might be making a few more for a special edition topic... "A Very Spatchul Christmas".

I would do 12 days, but it seems overdone elsewhere and it's actually quite difficult to pull of at the level I try to work on... when making a spoof of an existing piece of prose, you should try to keep the original flow of the old one, and keep your syllables in line with the originals or indicate an intentional lengthening of a word. Otherwise, readers are left to figure out how to fit your shorter/longer stanza in with the original's flow. The best prose doesn't require any vulgar tricks of the tongue to sound right or sound like it fits where it should...
