Sound isnt working |

I checked and ev3ry thing is plugged in i went in control panel ajustded
sound all the way up tryed it through my headphones and my speakers
and nothign no sound need your help fine citizens of the lobby !

But seriously, do you have any sound? or just not DS sounds?
If no sound, what you said already, and speaker power, speaker have volume controll, audio cord pluged into sound card, the right jack? Mute, audio card disabled/conflict in device manager... Your stereo system is to dam loud so you just can not hear the computer?

check sound codec, got a wrong one installed and therefore there is strange noice instead of game sound, maybe a different codec might lead to no sound at all

Thats just almost confusing.. I take it you mean your PC sound works fine, just not for DS.
Check Setup? Mixer, channels, voices? Audio level, SF and Music? Is it only NO music, i.e. music directory is empty?
Do you get the audio notice of text in channel? Mine make a low beep noise when someone talks.
When all else fails, reinstall
