right i realy recomend the DVD box set can get the full first season fo 16£
buy the newest relase of se 1 and you get the 2 pilote epsiodes trown in (little more expencive)
i also recomend region 2 over reg 1
pal rocks 
waching it at full 5.1 power on the big screen realy does good for it 
also there is the hdtv version for download at places out there. xvid with ac3 coding.
dont buy the version 2.0 since its only the first 10 episodes of season 2.
wait for the complete season release until then settle for download from the net or wait for a screening near you.

right well i already know whats gonna happen...
SECONDLY to the top post Starbuck is hot and went to take pics of the cylon unknown vessel...(reproduction vessel.... mommy ship)
the same one appollo is trying to get pics of with jerkoff...
and another thing.... the tv show rules. and starbuck apparently comes back and helps defuse the situation by screaming at both sides ZOMG the ships makin more of em :S lets go piss on it!
Plus by all things ive heard of pegasus gets blown up MUAHAHAH SPOILER... bugger maybe i shoudl have put that first!

itunes quality are fine enugh when you watch them on , guess what, "ipod Vid" or similar devices that can play the mp4 format
dont expect to blow it up on your desktop screen or television and make it look good.
for my self, hands down ,prefer to watch in HDTV over dvd transfers and direct recording from regular cable.
HDTV ARE the best versions, to bad they cant transfer the same quality to dvd (yet).
720p or 1080i rocks on my 42" even if you just watch on regular tv its still amazing the diffrence between 400-480 lines of resolution (dvd) compared to 720 Progressive (hdtv).
so if you ever go out looking for things make sure that "HDTV" are included in your search.
btw "insurection ship" part 1 surly rocked my world
could not stop thinking "that bitcha just looks to bad"
my bet RDM (the writer of the series ) gona trow us and 160 turn next friday.
one thing i have learned by watching this series is nothing is writen in stone
