I think the new way pd works is awesome now its only fires one lazer per target instead of all avialble lazers at one. But i was aslo checking missle/fighters and whell in a PD i took 4 missles on noraml armor and lost 150% on one area. Last thought is remove or reduce amount of missles a fighter launches, if you decide to leave them reduce damage they do.

fighters' armament will be changed back to cannons, tho theres some talk of sabot fighters

Fighters, I have a feeling, will be changed (last I hard Tael wanted to remove the missiles from them since it just screws up damage calculations (range, speed, damage, etc). I'm all for that (less objects = less possible lag), it also makes it easier to control damage for each factions fighters.
