this is stupid not everybody abuses bombs and they shouldnt be taken away half the week or whatever

ok..I misspelled......but basically it boils down to this
Mirvs are there til Faustus shows up and patches it.
IE.....NO Faustus =No Patch.
plain basic simple logic.
