Updated the 1.483 PDF manual to a new version submitted by Nimitz.

The biggest space hig in the current manual is the key command list. Preferably we would like to condense this into a single A4 page that can be printed for a quick reference guide, with seperate sections for navigation, chat etc.
If anyone wishes to submit thier own efforts at this, feel welcome to do so in this thread.

Won't we in the future have 1.484 up and running and not need a better 1.483 PDF manual?

If you look through other game Manual PDF's you will see what I mean. There s a lot of formatting and design work that needs to go into it so that it looks more professional. For now this will do, but I am certainly not happy with it as a finished product.
The work that goes into setting it up will be easily transferable over to 1.484 and we will have that as a primary goal whilst doing it.
