To all you Kiddies out there. It's not up to you or the person that made the system to say wether or not for anyone to cap or not cap that system.If that was the case then ALL SYSTEMS IN MV ARE NONE CAPABLE.The only ones that can say system are tobe left alone are Faus and Admins to let that Faction regroup Noone else that includes you Goth.

The reason R33 should not be Kluth: the player himself was UGTO so IT STAYS UGTO!

Dude..shut up goth. Just shut up. r33 has been a system that could be captured for the past three years, why should it change? Because one whining UGTO player said so? You are realy, realy,realy annoying.
May I also note, that while you where ICC and K'luth, you had no problem what so ever taking r33, hell, at the r33 memorial, you complained because you didnt know if ICC would get it back.
