making physical contacted with your cant could have some adverse effects on your relationship with her. would you want your cat to cowered away when you raise your hand to pet her? rather get a squirt gun, as with my cat Leo, he knows when he is doing something wrong when I get the squirt bottle, and cowered at the sight of the squirt bottle and not at the sight of me...

my cats been fixed, and i dont have a spray bottle i just have a can of Axe cologne that i threaten to spray her with she no likey that  anyways she's fine now, and well is it normal for a cat to wake you up in the middle of the night? because she makes alot of noise

Sadly yes... because cats are nocturnal animals, but if during the day you try and keep Her active than she should start sleeping during the night. just keep in mind adult cats sleep around 16 hours a day.
And your cat was spayed not neutered…

Here's what you do.Step 1 kick cat till it ceases movement.This means it has learned to stay the hell down.Step 2 get a new cat you just killed it
