I feel like I need a Cranky Kong avatar for this.
1). I cant give you an exact version number for this, it would be early after beta. Before the k'luth had armour. The ships were faster, the loadouts were insane, and hulls weren't anywhere near as tough. I believe I was playing on the outpost 2 server.
I'd been whoreing prestige for the better part of a day, in non combat ship, playing kluth since no one else would. To set the scene, at this point I have never fired a kluth weapon before, ever, so I decide to give this kluth combat thing a try.
I go to the last remaining kluth planet and wait for my target, an ICC bomber destroyer. Within 30 seconds or so the bomber jumps in. I come in for an attack on his port side since his shield there is yellow. All other stats are at 100%. I fire my first volley of torpedoes, 4 seconds ticks off, ( the reload time of an AM torp) and then I push space. 5 seconds later I flew through the resulting explosion.
I destroyed an ICC bomber destroyer at essentially full health in 9 seconds. I swear I just sat there and drooled for about 5 minutes.

Well the ship doesnt have cannons, I was reaching for the torpedo in mid flight buzz, but other then that you totally have it. ATTABOY!

New great moment:
Borgie's Support Station had camped Ross 2 for hours. No seriously, for hours. At first there was a huge UGTO fleet just standing there, lobbing QSTs at us. Then the numbers dwindled after an hour or so, until eventually it was borgie and 4 supps.
Well, these supps were getting a tad annoying. I charged in, flying under the station to right next to where the supps were, where I proceeded for fire torpedoes point blank.
Next thing I know, 2 of the supps die in 10 seconds, borgie decides to retreat, and the other 2 supps are unaccounted for. Plus, after borgie went through the WH, we got a message saying he was demoted to Admiral...I thought one of my teamates followed and killed him, but since borgie posted a comp request, I suppose not...
Was fun, borgie. Sorry bout your station.

Hmm.. Greatest [l.o.l] moments..
Well, maybe this...
..back during 1.481 beta, the "Server Stress Test". Suffice to say that I stress-tested everyone in the server but the server itself. Apparently all those beacons actually caused lag for everyone else..
Also, if I can think back a while, I believe I was in [Storm] ICC, in an MV fleet at god knows what star, but low and behold, Goth Thug jumps in on our 15+ ship fleet alone in his Mandible. Oh did he get owned, and then he totally freaked out saying we ganged up on him.

joining luth for a chalenge, miss the old MV/RC, just needed flux wave limated to 1 per ship... oh well
figuering out that the best ship luth had to offer was a destroyer. ecm + dict + claws = torp spaming fun  just couldnt get too close to planets heh
oh...
Big F telling use to stop spaming fighters because we were lagging the MV lol... im sure some one has a screen
