when ever i try to enter a server or run the tutorial it opens the game then stays in the black screen and a second window opens saying an unknown error occured in client.exe what can i do to fix this?

have you clicked on the "update" button when your in the lobby?

also, try clicking the 'setup' button and making sure everything checks out.
