special conditions: The winner picks a system he can cap and hold for the faction he's on

first of all no becons = no cloke. second you cant bet an entire system on a duel . either 1 on 1 dread vs dread no jumping away or your just waisting post space

meh, coeus is right, if we wanna test our SKILL do it in beta if you wanna have an unfair advantage, then duel in the MV. Besides, Cloak is also a weapon. ITS A SURPRISE IM BEHIND YOU weapon
