they can't ban us, we didn't do anything against the RoC yet . If this goes through though... lets just say DS will see some fun. I bet a lot of old players would return just to see this happen.

A number of issues need to be resolved.
3 out of 4 people say they're annoying. Does this mean the staff polls 4 players and if three of them say the same name, they're gone? Do they get more than one vote? Do we ask the same people every week? Never the same person twice? Only subscribers?
Or by 3 out of 4 did you mean 75%, in which case we should survey everyone and then whoever has over 75% of the crowd mentioning them is gone? Or a random sample size?
Or should we just have a new system, whereby every player can give a + or - to every other player, reseting each week; at the start of the week if a player has a majority of -'s they're toast?
You have to think of implimentation. If you're going to propose a new policy, back it up with some concrete examples and policies. There's not enough specificity here to work well. Not that we should write all these side rules into the law itself; the staff has a rather large body of unofficial policies like how to impliment various rules. But if you don't specify, I'll just have to stick with the current system of polling myself and maybe those in modtalk and then doing whatever occurs to me.
By the way, I vote that mods count as 2 votes and admins 3.. that way I can sway any voting by simply talking to myself.
