my favorite would have to be Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, just because Khan was introduced back in the original star trek series and is back again for revenge. That and i thing the music by James Horner is awesome. I play this as my default music for DS!

I liked Insurrection, as it shows a dark side to the federation, but it is a close tie with the patrick stewarts " this far, and no further" speech in first contact

my all time fav moment is Voyage home, with chekov wandering around asking "cold war era" people where the "Nuclear wesles" are

I read later that the people he asked where not in on the movie and didnt know what was going on, and that their responses where so genuiene that they were used in the movie..

so. I vote Voyage Home

Generations, 2 main reasons, great story line, great acting. plus its got me in so extra bonus

fav original movie has gotta be the undiscovered country, great humour and good story line.

nemsis has good battle scenes, plus they killed data! they need to quit with the character who never understands people and must learn about humanity, they have milked that cow so much it has fallen over and died. If they have a borg or an androroid or a vulcan in the next star trek show/ movie that needs to learn about humanity i will not be happy!

ahh but you see, Data is not dead, he lives on in the Being known as B-4, if you pay attention to the end, Picard is tryin too talk too B-4, and after he's done, he starts to sing that song that he sang at Troi and Rikers wedding lol, so data is not dead my friends make no mistake about that.....

Besides, i think theres another Star Trek movie coming out,, December 10th 2008 unconfirmed Involving Janeways Promotion to admiral or some such lol

yes data's memories live on in B4 but they are not gonna have B4 in any of the next shows or movies, simply beacause there is no reason for having him on a federation star ship. so data is as good as dead from the view of the average trekie.
