The luth dictor is very weak. almost pointless unless you got friends around.....yet the ugie dictor is like a gunship with a dictor on it.....not too fair. AND NO, we cant dictor you cloaked, so our cloak is pointless also when flying a piercer.

ugto dictor has 6 cannons and 2 torps.
the TC has like 12 cannons and 8 torps (give or take 1 or 2:P)
quit a difference eh?

i fly my dictor nightly to stop icc from bombing so far its worked well when im on at night theres very very icc players bomber us any more
