Because "Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec" is not latin, but it's an anagram of the english word "Succession of Witches" and I dont know any other games/entities that had such said/written in them, than FFVIII.
Also, the name of that song is "Liberi Fatali" which is latin and means "Children of Destiny".
