Hi.
I want to know if its posible to make an, Upgrade all button, so then those who have lots of things on ships, dont have to use along time to mod ships.

I also wanted to know if its posible to show who owns what system in the MV; so when in Nav window, if u click on a system, it shows what faction it has, and what fleet that got most planets etc...??

Thanks

There will be no modding with the next patch,
and all the info you need about planets is on the homepage.

Not true, there will be modding, just no upgrading. So what you suggested goes automaticly next patch:)

Levels are tied to hull in 1.484, so there will be no user-upgrading, hence no button.

Does that mean that we won't have starports filled up with different level versions of different weapons? Will the weapon automatically be changed when it's installed on the hull? My "lag-sensitive bug" radar is going off already.

That's correct, starports will no longer even hold components at all, nore will the factory produce them. You will orbit the planet, and select a weapon to modify and be given a choice based on the technology level of the planet, you will still ofcourse, need a factory and starport to do this. You select a weapon to upgrade, and select a weapon to install, weapon gets removed, weapon gets installed, and is set to level(hulltype), so there should be minimal bugs.

This allows the game to track far less data, and update far less data in real time, hence it should get rid of some of the strain on the server, meaning less lag (hopefully). We're doing this in an effort to make the game more user friendly, and allow us to tightly control moddifications of ships so no overpowered setups can come to life.
