Reg you may be right there. but i guess you dont really know the power od the ICC and **UGTO** dictor. they can solo any dread they want. So can the luth one it just holds its distance. but if thats the case and you really want to have this dictor argument. I will make sure anytime ICC and FS is in luth space Bombing or fighting i will make sure they have a dictor or 2. Right now dictors are over powered just like mirvs. Buzz you want to Target FS for your little issues then fine. You have the right to your own opinion. but remember what goes around will come back 10 fold.
Thats all i really want to say. Just remember ICC isnt the onl;y ones that mirv in the MV and im sick of holding them back to fight Fair and keep the game fun when No other faction wants to.

Dictors are not strong enough to kill any ship fast but over time? It can.
However, I don't use dictors to fight, its better to once you see a single bomber:
1. Jump in and ram the bombs.
2. Let the planet defence do the rest.
See planetary defence is strong, BUT, bombers attempt to kill the planet fast enough they dont need to worry about it.
if they dont get the chance to hit the planet, the ,missiles and fighters, along with a dictor to keep them from getting way, spells certain death for bomber dreadnoughts.

i see the dictor not so much as a ship that can prevent bombing, more as an retaliation tool, to stop an bomber in its tracks.
From the time you registrar an bomber on the nav, to you can get the dictor out of storage and gather a wing, to do the hard work of disabling the target, the bomber can lvl 3 to 4 planets.
then you must cut of the escape paths of the target and just wait for what he goes for next, then snap 
its only about limit dammage the bomber can do , in any instance if he escapes by death or other means, he just start in another system.
and trust me, By team work any dictor can be disabled both ugto , icc and kluth ones even if they have ships to protect them.
done that many times
