OK just another question about if Richard ever decides to pull the plug.
If Richard pulls the plug and there are still people with more than say 70% of their subs left will they get a refund or will it be that they will just have to kick along with it?
I ask this because from what you say above it could be any time that the plug is pulled seeing Richard has said that DS is near a break even point, and although I would be sad to see DS close I am not expecting Richard to keep it open at his own cost (That would be just stupid for many reasons)

The community isn't exactly happy right now. Player participation certainly shows this along with the lobby chat whenever 484 or beta is mentioned. We as a DS community already know F has little time to devote to this project and quite simply IMO that's just not right for people who have been told 484 will be out since last year and have been subbed since then trying to support the game as is. Well, thats all for now, continue to flame away.

that....is so true. i remember back when the .484 Beta was brand new....wouldn't it be awesome if some random rich guy just came along and gave Richard like...20 grand to spend on the game?
