Does Darkspace support Widescreen resolution? |

Thinking of coming back shortly and wondered if Darkspace supports Widescreen resolution. i.e 16:9, 16:10 etc at 1920x1200?

It depends on your particular display drivers.
Even if the resolutions options are not available in the setup menu, you can try manually setting them.
Open the DarkSpace installation directory, and find the config.ini file. Open this with NotePad, and scroll down the document until you get to the section headed with [Client].
Find the entry in this section named displayMode and change the resolution to whichever you desire to use.
Example:
displayMode=0: RADEON 9600 SERIES 1280x1024x32
to
displayMode=0: RADEON 9600 SERIES 1920x1200x32
Save the changes and then try running the game client to see if it works.

If you can set it in Windows, DarkSpace supports it.
I play at 1440x900.

Thanks for replying guys.
I will be buying a Dell 27" 2707WFP and wondered if it supported it. I use a XFX7950GT XT 512MB so i know the resolution is ok on the card to support.
Ill let you know how i get on with it when it is deleivered.
