OMG that episode ROCKED!!!
especially the end music for the last 5 min... it set the mood for an epic battle *GRRR season 4 ep 1 i bet *
but i cant find out what the song is called they use for the end...
anyone got an idea pls

All Along The Watchtower is not originally a Hendrix tune, although Hendrix made it popular. It was a Bob Dylan tune. That said, i have never actually heard bob Dylans version, and have played the Hendrix version recently. Many of my friends thought the version in the BSG episode was terrible and all but I liked that interpretation.
The episode on the whole seems to have gotten very mixed reactions. I know people who think it is some of Ron Moores worst writing to date, I, however, loved the intensity of the revelations that the characters were experiencing. I really enjoy shows in which the writers are not afraid to through crazy curve balls out there. BSG is one of my favorite shows. Rome, The Shield, Sopranos, BSG, The Wire, and Lost are the only shows I watch, and even making time for those few shows is difficult, but they are all pretty cool to watch.

well..... you know dutch TV, they make you watch Stargate SG1 the first 4 seasons for 6 years or so *yeah they made about 7 reruns of it* b4 they started showing the next season....
im using the Net.. good ol HDTV downloads and im lving it, will watch it when season3 is on ducth tv.
as for the tune, THX love the song

Yes, Bob Dylan first teleased the sone on his "John Wesley Harding" album in 1967.
It was remade by Jimi Hendrix...
The version in BSG was composed for BSG by Bear McCreary. www.bearmccreary.com and performed by BT4. www.bt4online.com

I totally missed it. I was watching that dumb Discovery Channel thing about Planet Earth, which was cool, but dang! Missing BSG Season Finale was just dumb of me to forget. I read the general outline of events, and I will just catch it this summer in re-runs or when I buy the DVD for the season.
And to think, All this time I thought that young guy in the command office... I forget his name. He served as the informant on New Caprica. Anyway. I thought That guy was one of the Final Five. I figured he is so cool and together. That guy has his ducks in a line. I smelled power in him and figured it was a cylon.

afther the second year the atleast showed StarGate the movie.
and how about Startrek Voyager. the stil have to broadcast season 5.
and more series the scruw up.
wel atleast im not the only person who only watches TV for the little bits you can't download.

just seen it... Can you say unexpected twist.. Why must they make us wait? shoulda just waited to watch it til the day season 4 epi1 came out...**mutters something about TV and seasons and cow dung**
Anyways, I have the BSG soundtrack but there is one song in season 2(?) I think around the episode "Downloaded" where Boomer is downloaded back on caprica and the music she listens to in her apartment.. I want it but i have no clue what it is

Voyager? saw the final ep 2 years ago gotta say was a bit of a turndown, like they wanted to end the show no matter what with that ep.
still we all should have known better than to watch the final ep.... we all know its going to be a "to be continued" ep.... even ep1 of each season is a to be continued one..
