1) Month "birthdays", aren't birthdays.
2) To be quite honest, why would anyone here really care about your cat turning 2.4 years old?
Maybe if he was something like 15, you might get peoples eye, but 2.4 is just... I really doubt anyone here will care (not trying to be mean).
