I wonder if the only people who can do that have been in an internet chat room before (or such)..or only for their native language.
I wonder if that would be a great encryption method for passing language boundaries..like, I mean, write it up like that, then encrypt. if the other language speaking enemy tries to brute force decrypt it, they'll have a harder time to say "okay, this is the right decryption" because it looks like garble.
