The plot was about the "Spark" not the "Ark", and while not 5's accross the board, i will say it was much better than I had expected...

Was able to get first showing tickets on the Imax near my house Monday night, one of the only SF Bay Area theaters to get it...

Though there was a kid behind me that fell asleep during the movie so that should tell you it wasn't all that attention grabbing...

My date didn't care for it much, but then she didn't really grow up on cartoons like the Transformers either... And changing Bumblebee into a Camero upset me. If you are going to do a show that kids know, then keep the charaters the same. Bumblebee's name was derived from the fact he was a Volkswagen Bug in the original Transformers. So his name doesnt fit when he's a Camero...

Imax, now that sounds pretty sweet.

I watched it today, it wasnt too bad, but it wasnt that great either..

Had amazing effects and all, but that was pretty much it.. Storyline was what I'd expect a transformers story to go.. 'The Cube' and things like 'Some where good, and some where bad'..

It's made for the fans of the series, but for people like me who never got into it, it's just a flashy movie.. +1 for the whole ripping robots apart, though.

Ps.. Megan Fox is hot.

Saw the movie again with my mom and dad...my mom "awed" at bumblebee because she thought he was cute lol....but she was disgusted by the appearance of Megatron and Frenzy she thought frenzy was so cute at first but then...changed her mind after his face turned into an alien like creature lol....She's a big fan of Shia Lebouf, Jon Voight, Tyrese Gibson and Josh Duhamal heh....My Brother Loved Bumblebee and loved the soundtrack...i however paid better attention and found the graphics extraoidinary
