Alright, while in an Engineer I noticed it had more weapons then a few of the frigates. Four rail guns and four CLs. I figure Engineers aught to have two-three pulse beams (CLs for UGTO and 'Ruptors for K'luth).
Just a suggestion..

We haven't changed the utility classed ships yet. Suggestion noted though.

Sizes of transport and supply ships are way too small IMO.
If their size stay same,
Transport should only have 4 cargos.
And supply should have level 0 reloads.

A supply can't have level 0 reloads, unless it's a scout. It's a utility class ship, and will be treated as one. Transports will also keep their 10 unit cargo bay.

having level 0 reloads is a bad thing.
