At 7:50AM, the remaining ICC planets we're captured, including IND (yet again today). I tried to do this in fair sport, neuting, cept for a couple planets of course due to scrapping. (And IND looks like some ICC mirved it a few sectors, don't know why you'd mirv so close to your own home, but eh, you guys call how you wish to take them back.)
But now, the ICC are finished! The kluth are victorious against the ICC! Will the ICC come and eat the Lobster soon and rebel against the aliens?
All your planets are belong to me.

Shrug of course, I quite know that.
I will play with UGTO soon then. 
And of course, we all have our ups and downs, didn't state that ICC wouldn't pick up, probably by a few days of course.
Was ment as a joke post more or less, don't get so defensive.

Hey hey now now, don't point fingers.
Everyone helps everyone out at sometimes, luth with ugto, luth with icc, ugto and icc. Happens all the time. It depends on whos there at any given time I'd think. For example if theres 10 UGTO on, 2 kluth + 3 ICC, I bet you luth and ICC would pair up, split everything, and after done, fight over it, (IF they win of course)

just started playing again and icc are a mess. I never see any icc online above first rear admiral except for nukey and Then last night someone was using a bugged guppy with a bunch of fighters nuking back our systems. All i see is nuked planets with 1 inf on it or we have no systems. yar !

Beh thats stupid. I'm surprised they got through ICC defence with fighters too. Must of been pretty crapply bugged. :|
