All depends how long you have been away  .
But at the moment its stil a good & nice game with a decent playerbase.
A lot of players are waithing fanaticly until the new patch, thats as always can be expected in "two weeks™" (aka date unknown).
But i would suggest come and see, you can always play as midshipman
And new players/accounts stil get a 14 day trail subscribtion.
