Well I have a fourm up but no skills to add mods to the fourm so if anyone has skills in this please reply and show me an example of a phpbb fourm you have made your self i will know if you made it or are just saying you did.

Your best bet is to get something that has GUI control panel, as it usually has just a simple button to let people who don't know PHP to run a forum. Lunarpages is good if you want to have a site connected to it. I am mediocre in my php skills, but there are some people who are very good at it. Coeus, Jack, and Draf come to mind.

Each mod has its own installation instructions. Maybe if you had a specific problem during the installation, you could be helped, but there are a whole variety of things that have to be considered.
