I'm not sure if this is the right forum to do this in.
Anyone ever purchased a GGE909 controller? I bought one a while back at first I couldn't get the drivers installed. Now I can't set it up in the control panel because it reads that the controller isn't even plugged into the computer.
Can anyone help me with this conflict? The company went AWOL so theres no support any where else.

The computer isn't reading it. Happens to other people that bought it some people got it to work. Never supplied people with a solution how but it just doesn't read its connected. Device Manager isn't help either.
