I assume you are beign sarcastic, but none the less it is an interesting thought. Of course at this point, combat prestige would be the bug in the system, but at least it is a part of the game all can enjoy.

I always thought that hull values needed to be increased a bit so players do not jump out as soon as their hull is hit due to fear of losing the ship.





That was the beauty of every version before this one Lac, armor was just more like some film cover, a little damage wouldn't really bother you but if something big jumped at you, you went to hull. But you didn't go straight from 100 armor Hull to 75 armor 20 armor in one alpha. More often than not you fought with your hull rather than your armor!

Thus was the great fun in doing so, but prestige loss still being as high as it is for bigger ships, people are still going to run at the first moment their armor fails to protect them.

And who can blame them, with no more bombing to exploit to get that prestige back?
