Hey I was thinking it would be cool if we could have difrent backgrounds for each zone in a server. It would add inpact to the EYE CANDY that many modern players look for.

we.......do. When you make a map, you have an option of setting the background.
Making the background change......that would seem kinda cool. But I think they're *way* different for zone changes......plus, what happens when you're bordering between zones and watching the background change alot?

yes, the current starmap stars are too big and ball'y, more sharper stars would make a big difference with the noise these balls create.

The stars themselves are such low quality, that when they're stretched out to huge sizes (Procyon A , for example) it looks really really bad and you can even see the individual pixels of the stars light.
So, before backgrounds, I think stars should be done :/
