This game is gonna own this christmas...i've been askin the Devs about it and it is just like Darkspace...Cap Ship battles....you start out as cadet...and work up to Grand Chancellor....You can play any Species any ship any quadrant
the ship you start out at is
The Runabouts
Maquis Fighters
Destroyers
Cruisers
Battle Cruisers
Battleships
Freighters
Cargo haulers
warbirds
Dreadnaughts
and finally you get to be in 5 stations
dont know what tho
Price is hefty tho...$25 a month for the first month then its $20 after that
just lemme know whatcha think of this..they need beta testers for open beta in May of 2008
oh and i neglected to mention that EVERY ship we've seen and some NOT seen will be in this game...The Enterprise J, The Scimitar, Sona Warships....The Borg, The Dominion....Etc..
lemme know if you wanna do this and i'll talk to the Lead Dev...to see if i cant get some of yall in

hi faustus...um...i found out on youtube that its been Rescheduled....also IMDB has it set to be released in December of 2008....and here

I got in for the beta testing but I havent been able to get round to getting a patch, and by now if the beta has been out for a while my acc whould have been whiped off -_-

Perpetual canceled the game, but seems to have sold it to a californian developer. No further details are known to me.
Seeing that there isnt any further info, i assume its still on ice. Star Trek is to juicy a licence to keep silent about it so my bet is that we won't see the game anytime soon, and if we do it'l most likely suck. There hasn't been a good star trek game since Klingon academy (that one OOZED Atmosphere!)

I've got the ST:O's developer website bookmarked at home. Haven't checked it since I heard it was scrapped several months back.

According to my sources on youtube..the project has been secretly restarted....dont know if thats true or not...but come on...it would be fun to build your ships...and be on the side of the dominion or Federation XD or hell...THE BORG! lol

lol you know im for sure in on this this moment you can get us in. I dont care what it costs if its as good as all that. Too much of a nerd for it to be otherwise...plus the chance to rip into the federation would be worth it.

heh, This game has everything, Fleet Battles, Alliances, Betrayals....and SABOTAGE! lol...yes its allowed there...would be sooooo fun wouldnt it? besides....i've chosen my race to be KLINGON! i know some of the language and hehehehe i know half the cusswords in Klingon
