well i told in a other forum that i would keep you folks up about how the DA forum was going. your now able to get a acount without me or any admin needing to accept it so it is active instantly.
it has
how to build ugto terran (22 def)
how to build ugto barren (2 sizes given)
a ugto and a icc weapons list
tactics like
dodging
batle supping
edge bombing
general info on all ship classes
how to controll your ship
how to mod
how to upgrade
and a few ways to mod ships.
i still hope that a icc player can fill the how to build icc planets and a luth player how to build luth planets. all feel free to check it out and where you want place new posts.

Timbo, May I suggest some things?
1) Type full complete sentences - it seems more professional and is easier to read. Try using a spell check as well.
2) Ask a mod/admin to make a forum for your fleet - you can then open it to the public and post everything there.
3) You need to seriously run everything through a spell checker
4) Get a different style for the forum too. Dark blue on light blue on grey? What?
5) SERIOUSLY, SPELL CHECKER NAO.

First of all, excellent idea Timbo. I'm sure that it will encourage new players to stay and play. Not to mention that it will also help them in being able to play this game. I'll be checking it out very soon.
Now about this "spell check" issue. I don't remember seeing that function here. Instead of being negative, how about responding to what the thread is about instead of nit picking it to death.

about the spellingscontroll. i dont realy got a good one for english on my computer. next to that i have dyslexie. meaning in my case i cant write properly . i cant even write dutch properly so it is a miracle i can even write english. so if any one volenteers on checking everything i would be most gratfull. he/she is the only one who may complain about my writing. the rest of you back of.

That is understandable. I didn't know you had such a condition. My apolagies. However, I think it would be a good idea to get somebody to look over what you're writing - that would go tremendously towards making it look well.

Heck i myself am correcting myself so many times just because i am to lazy to look or care what I'm typing in the first place, and will have to correct most of the message later on.
Here i will give you a example, this is how my post looked at first.
Hint: I'm using Firefox and as you can see it helps a lot with the correcting.
So you see i am not the kind of person to write a message and press the submit/post button a second later. It usually takes some time to formulate my messages.
For that reason i usually construct them outside a Browser. (e.g. Notepad++.)
Anny case about DA its a good concept and i think I will look on the forum soon to make my comment or post something to benefit new players.

Ty all. and plz if you know how to build luth/icc planets properly even if it is just prebuild plz put it on the forum. because that is the one thing i cant do. since i am now faction bound and i only know how to build ugto planets.
ps how do you juse firefox spelling controll?? might help a lot.

It was included in Fx 2.0
I noticed that somethimes it won't work for some reason.
For example the computer i am on currently dousn't have the spell check,
Might be wort to google this.

I checked out the DSA forum and was going to post about building K'Luth planets but I'm not exactly sure how to place the post there. I've built up most of my rank in DS by building and I thought I'd place a few posts.
