Well, I happened to see this planet yesterday while doing a little bit of building. I couldn't believe someone actually took the time to build this. Then again, now that I think about it, it is some quick easy prestige points.
It was very pretty to watch, that's about it.
I don't care what people say about putting sensors on a planet to detect ships using ECM, this planet can be bombed and then capped by a scout ship or worse, an Extractor filled with troops.
What a joke, not a funny one either.
I wonder who did this. I've got an idea who it is but I'm not sure.
Hmmmmm, I think I remember someone posting a contest to build this.
Whoever did it, they should have picked a Terran planet, could have gotten the tech up first, added a few level 3 power generators, scrap the level 3 research labs and then fill it all up with sensors, you wouldn't even need a Hub.

Bardiche didn't build this sensor planet. He's telling the truth. I think he would have done it on a Terran planet, if he was going to do it.
I know what you're all thinking and no, I didn't build it either. I would have built it on a Terran planet for sure.
However, I do know who built it now and I promised to keep their secret safe. That is all I'm going to say about it.

now let me make something clear first.
it is not illegal to make a planet like this... its stupid as hell but not illegal.
it becomes illegal when the builder of said planet then changes side and takes out the bomber like DMC said and bombs it clean. then it becomes exploiting.
it also becomes exploiting when a player is building this planet while an enemy bomber is sitting around patiently.
so once more building this kind of planet is not illegal. just very VERY stupid.
if i wanted i could make an all dome planet and leave.

No, I'd have done it on a Barren. Then I'd disable most Sensors so it looks like it has omghuge defense but notrly.
Terran planets are excellent for 3 structure SYs.
