Yes VCA fleet agree not to mirv or use fighters.... but do they realy wanna neut ? It was a lovely day (i forgot the date) and i was doing some combat, mirving, neuting..etc to gain my self 1k press as i wanted. Then one of the VCA members said: "id like to mirv something right now". here's the proof:  OK we all know it was just a joke Echo was building like 8h to do over 2k =P and he couldn't resist of saing that he want to mirv: "dude.. I miss good ol times" he said but still...
