few issues i noticed with building:
a. After a building is finished you have to wait for the server to say that "planet building is completed" before a new building can be constructed, otherwise the resources just go down after clicking.
-on that note, sometimes the message will appear and you still cant build, this happened to me after scrapping two buildings. In this case you have to re-enter the planets "build zone"
b. ICC(and presumably UGTO) engineers can build two buildings at a time but aborting one build, continuing it with one build module and starting another building with the other.
c. I also seem to be unable to mine or pick up infantry in the Engy.

i have the same prob.and i can not get inf i all the ships.
it may be the lag mad by the trans.
