I checked my e-mail for the 1.5 release and the coupon was for a char I dont recognize. ie (stop it) so now my coupon does not work or has been used by someone else. Any info would be a help, Thanks.

What happened:
We released emails, email server got backed up, we stopped sending them and rendered all sent emails useless.
We released a second round of emails after some tweaks to the mail server, I suggested just flipping the "free play" switch on the game, Faustus did that, and stopped sending emails.
If you weren't sent an email, then there's nothing we can do, and all coupons are locked to their accounts, so you cannot give them to someone else, and someone else cannot use them even if they did have them.
On the note of you having an invalid character in your email address, we have always had the same stance : that maintaining the details in your profile are your own doing, and your own responsibility to update.
