Never hada connection issue before. Suddenly today I cannot connect to GameCQ. I thought it could be a router issue but I "borrowed" a signal from a neighbor's router and still no luck. I just get "failed to connect to Game CQ".

I did disable a few services like Remote Registry and such. If Services are possibly the issue, could someone tell me what services are absolutely essential to running DS? I am kind of irritaed that I can't play right now.

It's more an issue of you disabled services, so most likely other games, and such, cannot connect either. I'm afraid you'll need to go back through and re-enable what you disabled.

Well, it is either Alerter Service or Bonjour that did it, I reenabled both of hem and I am able to connect. I just don't like the Bonjour service, it keeps telling Zone Alarm that it is accepting crap from the net.

It's from Apple, google "Bonjour uninstall" and you'll see how to fix it.
