If you were shooting a ship with all reactives, then yeah, it would be pretty much the equivilant of doing 2.5% damage to all the arcs on the ship at once.

This is really what is supposed to make ICC formidable - rotation. With a UGTO ship, unless they are very good, you only have to go through one arc to hit hull. Against most players, maybe even two. A UGTO player has to be exceptionally skilled to force you to bring down all his arcs before hull while still kicking your ass.

ICC is different though, they can bring the equivilant now, of anywhere from 50-100% of one layer of UGTO standard armor anywhere they please, with higher regen. So whereas on a UGTO ship you could hit their hull with only 25% armor damage, an ICC player who is dexteritous with their rotation can force you to go through the equivilant of up to twice as much (factoring in the fact that most UGTO ships have two armor plates for every arc) in order to kill them.

And thats not even counting in their regular armor.

But it has is flaws, which is great. It takes massive loads of energy, and multiple enemies on all sides presents a much greater threat to them than on UGTO ships. Not to mention, once those shields are down it still takes time to come back up, whereas UGTO with the right resources, can get massive amounts of armor regen.

It all works out perfectly, and again, stamp of approval.

More testing required of course, but I am pleased with what is there so far.
