all you have to do is look at the list of people with prestige. If they are subbed, they have pres showing, right? Right now thats @250 even, although the last few are undoubtedly free trial accts.
There are a few that don't play and payed a multi-month sub, I'm sure, but most people who are subbed do play. Just at different times of the day.
And yeah, unhonest ranks of Palestar shouldn't be on the payed-to-rank list. Wasn't as big a deal before, but since Palestar made a big deal about paying people being the only ones that show up, it seems kinda hypocritical to allow technically unsubbed accts to rank. I know the main thrust of the thread is fleet rankings, but I think it is the same for all rankings, as fleet rankings are based on culmutive stats of the fleet members.

And how many are actually ingame? Probably 50.
Even still, school's out in most of America now, so there isn't a big reason why they arent here. Let's face it, we're sitting on the rocks right now.

Lol Crim, actually in the north eastern U.S there are still schools open making up days from the Ice Storms that happened last year. Most people still have another 2-3 weeks to finish.

Well it looks to me they have done it, to the event fleets, but palestar is still up there and only so high because good ol' Nax futz'd with his profile adding a unneeded amount of prestige...
