Should darkspace developer team add games such sudoku ,chess,dama,backgammon to the lobby to make it a more enjoyable place for lobby campers?

Ok we can have chess, but the loser has to go play 2 hours of actual Dark Space directly after losing. That way, people get better at chess, and Dark Space at the same time! Everyone Wins!

I would like to give my opinion on the matter of including other games in the GCQL list... I would like to personally maintain a clean and orderly interface, Adding more games that do not relate in any way with DarkSpace would result in a clutter in no time. I am voting in rejection for the addition of mini games being added to the the GCQL list.

I would like mini games, associated with darkspace within the lobby, and you can play them against other people, a little bit of an arcade.
Points mean Prizes, and Prizes can be sub time.

Ok seriously,
I would not mind seeing additional games in the Launch tab.
That might look like pulling people away from DS but if you put the right games in there you might actually gain more people.
Because to me GCQL and Palestar is something just like Steam.. just without proper funding......
Heck, GCQL could become a launch application for various MMO's, Or a MMO + a series of memorable oldies and fan made stuff...
So instead of talking about yes or no to additional games for GCQL, you people should start thinking about What game could be beneficial to GCQL.

I wouldn't say "event leader", more like "pester admins and staff until they do things to make you shut up leader".
And I wouldn't mind a few minigames in the lobby when I'm in, since we can no longer play Lobby Pong

This but the winner gets to go play for a day or something with the losers paying. That would really make you improve at chess.

I think Faustus should put all his wonderfull creations into the launch tab...you know, all those little test games a such. Then if people want to add to or finish them, viola, there we go, something to do!

Actually, if loser has to play 2 hours of Darkspace, I'd 1) never play Darkspace, 2) not get better at Darkspace, and (I have learned from experience) 3) NOT get better at Chess ...playing lesser skilled people.
However, I would play(and have played) chess while lobby camping.
