I'm thinking, given the delay, a forfeit should have been declared a while ago.

No one ever forfeit, the problem was both players needed your andromeda map to finish the battle. It's not about willing, just because Llama bugged me less than Guap doesn't mean Llama gave up on the fight, or that Guap is more qualified for a prize. I say they both get some consolation or something since finishing is unlikely.

I'm around bugging, for it is the only way to get things to happen.
I'm around, Llama has not been on in a month and a half. This need to be done.
You got your prize that Llama was awarded, for using your account, every one has got their prizes from this tournament but me Jbud, I go the distance (Pakhos drop, you replaced him with Llama who Pakhos wiped the floor with ) I did not lose a match, and I get nothing, I think I am getting screwed over, just like in the station race...
When was this April 26 2009, it is now July 26 2009, how long has the beta been running, I would like my prize...
I've seen you disqualify people during events, ( for breaking the rules of the event ) with no staff around so you do have the power as the person running the event. Yet when it comes to me Jbud you yell that you have no power.
I am really begining to wonder, is this personal Jbud, it seems I get screwed over in your events, each and every time, and all you can say is you can do nothing about it, your not an admin, or a mod or a anything... I really am starting to think this is personal.

No one is trying to skrew you. You and Llama have both insisted that the fight be K'Luth vs K'Luth. this can only be done in Andromeda witch does not work currently, don't blame me, I'm not the dev in charge of it. Llama has done his fair share of bugging, just because he hasn't been on DarkSpace doesn't mean I haven't seen him around the internet. and for clearification, I took no prize for myself, Llama didn't get it either, the prizes are still sitting un-used in my private message box. You both are the ones who wanted to wait instead of fighting a normal fight, you needed the extraordinary map that shig created and forgot about, there is nothing I can do but periodically bug him like you've bugged me, or offer you both an even consolation prize and consider it a draw.
Now, this is the wrong thread to talk about this, so lets continue in private please.

I do not remember ever insisting that this be K'Luth vs K'luth.
Nor do I think waiting a short time for them to atempt to fix the server is unreasonable.
