You also missed the distinction that Multicellular life is also considered a society in biological terms.
Thus society comes before self awareness...

That is a really good point. Perhaps it does go before. But, does that imply that some form of society is required for an individual to achieve self-awareness. Surely a single cell organism cannot be self aware, but would this mean that society, in the sense of modern human society is not a new level, but rather a kind of fractal behavior (repetition in structure as the scale increases)? If that is the case, the 'society' is removed from Level 5 and perhaps replaces Multi-cellular Life at Level 3, as a more general term. Level 5 is again exposed and awaiting a fitting solution.
Good call, Tael.
New List:
1) Existence
2) Life
3) Society/Cooperation
4) Self-Awareness/Sentience
5) ???????

I never did and still don`t understand such discusions ... whatever will happen with the universe, neither of us is gona live long enough to see it. We die, that`s the end for us. And everything living on this planet will be destroyed. None of us will see it. So what`s the point of arguing? None of us knows and will never know.

It is not a debate, and it is not a philosophy discussion. It is a logic game. Look at the situation as it is presented to you and try to identify some sort of pattern from it. The suggest your pattern and (if necessary) explain your logic behind your pattern.
For the last time, this is NOT a philisophical discussion, and informing us that we are all going to die some day does NOT contribute to the game in any way. It is just a critical thinking game. And, none of us are arguing. We are working together, bouncing ideas and perspectives off each other, to create an optimal list.
