Went around Capturing all of their Engineering Ships and having them do my building for me

I was flying a cruiser and was boarded by enemy inf, they landed 6 inf on my cruiser which should only be allowed to carry 4 inf. My cruiser is only allowed to carry 4 inf, why should an enemy ship be allowed to drop 6 inf on my ship, with no way of reinforcing my onboard inf. Are enemy inf dwarfs ? or just really really thin ?

Thats part of the problem. He got the inf from running to a shipyard. If you manage to dock your ship, with enemy infantry aboard they become "impressed" into service. I.E They work for you now. I guess some people think it's a good thing, because then they can use say... 10 inf and the proccess repeats over and over
