also downlaoded GameCQ from beta and it says"GameCQ; Error installing iKernel.exe: Files access"

Beta GCQL download won't work since it tries to connect to the Beta updater..
But first of some questions.
Operating system & when do you get the error (when installing, or when installation completed and you are trying to run for the first time)

If you can't install GCQL than its most likely a "user acces" problem.
On XP you need to be atleast a Power User to install GCQL.
And you need to be a administrator or be using"Run as administrator" to instrall GCQL on Vista or Windows 7.
