Is there a way to keep the shield/armor rings of other ships always on without the need to click on them and if not can this be something that is added. It would make it a lot easier to know someone isn't in your fire path if you could see the rings.

I don't suspect this would be a hard thing to have always on and it won't change the game or the balance.

Made a reply and then realized I'd completely misunderstood the request.

I've learned to work around it over the years and often guess well as to what will hit/miss an ally but sometimes I still get a little friendly fire accidentally from it.

Nostalgia - I like it the way it is - meh, this sorta makes sense. I wonder if there's a reason it's not there - it would mess up screenshots. Perhaps if it was something you could toggle on/off on an individual basis.

I don't mind if it's something you can toggle on and off I would just like the option.

Actually as kluth its sometimes hard to see when an cloaked ship is passing trough your fire way. So if u can see friendly armor rings without clicking in them would help alot on the FF.

thats a good point, when in large wolf packs much like tonight, 8+ Krills, mandis etc its hard to get line of sight without manually checking the cloaked green dot in front of you. a toggle option would be nice.

All idea's go into a system for Beta... The Faustus and the rest of us look at what needs implementing first...

WHile I agree this would be a great idea to add to the game, it is not the most needed fix/add-on to the game right now. Game Balance is...

Though you got a thumbs up from me...

While i agree this can be useful, but i would say like the old just your target + all ships under certain GU.
